I have been extremely impressed with the level of service received from Spectronics to date. I always feel reassured when the person I deal with is working on a project, as all of my queries are resolved in a timely manner, with meticulous attention to detail.

My company used Spectronics for VoIP services over a 12 month period. It was a terrible experience from start to finish. The service never worked properly - frequently one side of the conversation couldn't hear the other. We could never reliably call international numbers despite notifying Spectronics on multiple occasions. Spectronics even completely stopped us making calls at one point because they 'forgot' to record on their system that a Direct Debit had been set up. Never a word of apology for any of these things - only an insistence that we see out the full contract despite us not receiving a working service. Overall, a really terrible experience. The only positive thing about Spectronics is that the service is fairly cheap. But if it doesn't work, it doesn't matter how cheap it is. We're so happy to be with our wonderful new VoIP provider, and everything is now working perfectly.

SpecTronics provide a professional and value for money service. I have found their customer service and support to be outstanding, and could not recommend them highly enough. They are always friendly and happy to help.

Our old Exchange 2003 Server was in dire need of replacement, and we needed a platform that would allow collaboration between office and on-site personnel and calendar sharing - a system that could grow with us, without ongoing maintenance on our part. SpecTronics assisted us with setting up and configuring a new Google Apps for Business account, to accept all emails from two different domains, as we migrated away from the on-premise Exchange Server to the online service. It's fair to say this was not an easy task, but SpecTronics worked wonders and had the system up and running very quickly. I would have no hesitation in recommending SpecTronics.
