Overrated And Troublesome
I'm the fromer owner of a 2000 323ci that had only 19K on the odometer. I actually inherited the BMW and kept it for sentimental reasons. My BMW was babied and maintainted accordingly, yet the plethora of mechanical and electrical problems was uncalled for. Broken sunroof, faulty HVAC controls, faulty batteries, interior trim degrading (even in the garage) problems with the steering column snapping, premature wear to front suspension bushings, power steering leaks, corrosion in front turn signals, etc. This car had the "sport package" which disgraced the driver with a bone jarring ride, tons of road noise and a pair of the most unconfortable bucket seats I ever sat in. An instant backache was on tap with those over bolstered leather covered sandbags. Sure the car was "athletic" around curvey roads, but I don't drive like an as***** so I don't value that performance equipment in an automobile. I recently sold the BMW on ebay and was shocked at what some guy actually paid for it, $12,000, even after I told him the problems the car currently has and the problems prior to that! I thought the best I'd get for a junker like this would be, maybe, $4,000. If this is his first experience with a BMW then he has my condolences. Like they say there's one born every minute! For the life of me I don't understand all the hype about BMW's. I would NEVER consider a car like a BMW. I value a smooth, quiet, comfortable riding car that is reliable and easy to maintain and doesn't have back breaker seats! People can defend their precious BMW's and other eurocars all they want. I'm one of the many, growing individuals who finds such cars a major pain in the ass to own and overrated beyond belief!

Had My 323ci For 6 Months Now And Absolutely Love
Had my 323Ci for 6 months now and absolutely love it! I have got cream leather inside, 18" BMW MV2 alloys and set off in metallic gold which I think the original owner all chose as factory extras and sets the car off a dream! The amount of looks you get is unbelievable for a 12 year old car, the amount of people who think your driving around a 40 grand car for a fraction of that! The engine is beautifully smooth and the roar of the 6 cylinder just plodding along through town really is immense. This is my first BMW and certainly not my last, with the M3 being lined up next!

Excellent sports car. Previous owner had many added extras to the vehicle. Comprehensive vehicle with everything that is required in a vehicle. Looks good inside and out. Drives superb. Great power and torque (although their are better performing cars on the market). As BMW state 'the ultimate driving machine'. Truely agree with their statement. Only downside, difficult to enter/exit vehicle if rear passenger. Otherwise, BMW is the only vehicle i will ever purchase.

The Bmw 3 Series Coupe Is An Excellent Car And Ver
the bmw 3 series coupe is an excellent car and very fun to drive. it is responsive, high quality interiors, great looks.
There may be faster cars in the market, but a bimmer is a bimmer and if you have drove one, you'll know it is just not the same.
The coupe is more a bachelor's car or better said a car not intended for family use, it does not have very much space in the rear seat, but then again, who buys a coupe for family use!!
The car is excellent and I am very happy with it.

The BMW 3 Series 323 Ci Coupe has great styling and handling. Excellent build. What can I say that hasnt been said before. It is the ultimate driving machine. I have owned a number of vehicles of quality and performance but this beamer is special. The more I drive this vehicle, the more I have grown to love it. Steering is precise and the engine is responsive (although there are plenty of cars with higher power and torque) that gives out a sweet note when you accelerate. I just love the car and totally respect the high standards and quality that one would expect from BMW.

I Have Had Audi € S And Fords And Drive A Company
I have had Audi € s and Fords and drive a company Mercedes so nothing to mad to use as a comparison but none of these had the feel that the BMW gives you as soon as you sit in the car. I had been in a 1.8 compact BMW so knew what to expect in terms of build quality but was so surprised with the power in the 323. I was expecting it to be a bit sluggish considering the size of the car but its true what they say about the 6 cylinder engines (it goes like stink) but just remember you do need to drop the gears to get maximum performance. Considering the size and power of the car the handling is light and agile holding bends tight all the way through. It is very comfortable offering plenty of space (even in the back) and the stylish dash etc makes it a very nice place to be. All round the 323 ci is a fantastic car that € s fun to drive comfortable for long journeys it has a great build quality and sounds great. Oh I almost forgot it looks absolute stunning to. I have had the car for 4 months now and still get the same feeling every time I see it as I did the day I got it (I think im in love).

You Can Pick These Up Quite Cheap Now And They Are
You can pick these up quite cheap now and they are a car to be reckoned with but get it thoroughly checked out before you buy, but if it is ok then it is an A+++ from me.
My comparison is to an Audi Quattro 2.3, which served me well and a hard act to follow but I am chuffed now it is fixed. It still feels quick to me even now I am used to the drive that it offers. Carfolio say it is 0-60 mph in 7.1 secs. Had a 'spat' with a 330 Ci and he did not exactly leave me like to make me think 'I must change to a 330 Ci'.

Nearly everyone in my family and a couple of my friends own a BMW. The first time I drove one I loved it that much I wouldn't buy anything else since then. They don't call it the "ultimate driving machine" for nothing.

Having Driven The 323ci Se Model It Truly Deserves
having driven the 323ci se model it truly deserves to wear the blue and white badge. A true sports car in every sense, the BMW 323 Ci Coupe dominates. superior build quality, massive power and torque yet understated insofar as BMWs go. The SE spec boasts every concievable device to make the 323 a pleasure to drive. Few cars i can think of that can even attempt to rival this classic in the making.
