I Found This Resort To Be All I Had Hoped It Would
I found this resort to be all I had hoped it would be and more. I do not understand how they make a profit for the little we paid considering it is an all inclusive. It truly is an all inclusive and I found the personell to be very friendly and helpful. This area is one of the most beautiful I have traveled to. Fine white/pink powder sand beach on blue/green clear water. Very relaxing place. Best value of any I researched.

Out Of All Of The Trips I Have Been On This Has By
Out of all of the trips I have been on this has by far been the best. The beach was great with beautiful white sands and clear blue water. The rooms were gorgeous! And the beds were very comfy. Every morning I would wake up at 6:30 and hit the beach. The pool was also a good place to get some rays.
The food was great and the staff VERY friendly.
I would recommend this resort to anybody. Whether it be a honeymoon or family vacation.

My Husband And I Spent 4 Days At The Fiesta Bavaro
My husband and I spent 4 days at the Fiesta Bavaro at Punta Cana (Dominican Republic) last February. We had a wonderful time. As soon as we arrived at the resort one of the staff members came with drinks for everyone. The took us in golf carts to our room. We had an oceanview room. These rooms were great. It had a balcony and a stocked mini refrigerator. We spent four days in Jamaica for our honeymoon and thought Punta Cana was better. The staff don't speak a lot of Engligh but we had no trouble finding out information and our way around the resort. It was also nice to lay by the palm trees and have someone come around and serve you drinks. We would definitely recommend this resort. The food may not be what were use to around here, but I think were just very spoiled by what we can have around here. They offer pizza, chicken, and lots of varities of food. You just have to realize that every country is not going to prepare food like we're use to having it. But, it's still good.

We Have Just Returned From A Two Week Stay At The
We have just returned from a two week stay at the Fiesta Bavaro at Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic and have had a fantastic holiday. The trip was package holiday we booked with Thompsons. Although we cannot fault the hotel and everything that goes with it, the flight with Britannia was awful. They really haven't researched "long haul" flights at all. It is the only long haul flight we have been on where you have to pay for drinks. There is nothing for children on the flight, although you would be advised to order yourself a childrens meal on the plane as the adult portions were measly and disgusting. The children got more and it was edible.
The resort is beautiful. The accommodation, restaurants, grounds and facilities were immaculate. They put England to shame with the service and the cleanliness. The staff are the friendlist we have ever come across. Throughout the 14 days, there was never an insect or mosquito to be seen. The crickets were out in force at night time but we never saw any of them.
If you want a relaxing, beautiful, tropical holiday, this is the place to be. We literally did not lift a finger for 14 days. The food was great, literally 100's of dishes to choose from. Although we didn't venture out of the complex, some friends did the Monster Jeep Safari and the Aqua Safari and said they were fantastic. Worth every penny!
The beach is absolutely gorgeous with bars serving soft drinks and beer. The sea is simply beautiful! Paradise! We met quite a few Americans who told us that they had been to various caribbean islands but none were as nice as Bavaro. There were several people at La Romana airport who had said they had been to the South side of the island and said that their resort had been overrun with rats and mosquitos. There is none of this at Bavaro.
Although there is not much entertainment at the Fiesta Bavaro, the staff put shows on each evening at the Open Air Theatre. These were always entertaining. You have to see the production of Fantasia around the pool - it is excellent. They also do a "Mr Fiesta" and "Miss Fiesta" show which are absolutely hilarious.
We also saw several weddings whilst we were there which were all beautiful.
The kids club is also very good. It is run by a lady called Isabella who speaks several different languages. She is extremely friendly and obviously loves children. There are all sorts of activities that the kids can do with her, which was a change from them either being in the pool or on the beach.
I would not say that the accommodation at the Fiesta Bavaro is of 5 star standard. For 2 adults and 2 children, the rooms are a little cramped, but what is the point in having luxurious rooms when all you do is shower and sleep in them.
Overall I would recommend this resort without a shadow of a doubt. If anybody goes here and does not enjoy it, I cannot imagine what they want.

Punta Cana Fiesta Bavaro in the Dominican Republic is a holiday resort that has all the things one will ever need. My wife and i were at the reosrt in Dec.00 for 2 weeks. Have been to several other resorts but none of them really compare to this resort. We are planning to go back this December.

We Stayed At The Fiesta Bavaro Which Is In The Pun
We stayed at the Fiesta Bavaro which is in the Punta Cana area, South East of the Dominican Republic island. The resort was huge and had every facility you could wish for including day and evening entertainment. Everything was kept immaculate including our rooms. The resort largely consists of 2 storey apartments and with numerous bars, swimming pools, tennis courts etc. you are never far from anything - including the beach which was a 3 minute walk. This side of the island is next to the Atlantic and although the waves looked as cold as Blackpool it was actually very warm. The excursions were plentiful and the speedboats and a day in the Caribbean sea was just perfect! We never seemed to make it back in time to book at a restaurant but then the buffets did have a huge variety - (I missed having a decent steak though!). This Hotel is 'all inclusive' and not having to be constantly shelling out for the kids 'can I haves' was a real blessing. However, the island staff do like their tips and if you're a softy for that, and if you want super quick service then keep a lot of change handy! We also walked around the Paradise Hotel a mile or so down the beach. It looked 'posher' than our resort but the complex was so large you had to jump on one of their 'tram' style buses to get to the beach etc. On the whole, we would highly recommend this particular part of the island and our resort
