The Sony D-EJ885 is, overall, worth its value. The looks of this CD player make it stand out of all the other designs. The Jog dial control is easy to handle, taking no time for me to learn at all. It could play up to 35 hours on its internal batteries, and another 75 with added external Alkaline batteries, not bad for a Cd plyer that only needs about an hour to recharge. However, in my opinion, it's a little heavier than I expected, and it has no back light on its control, which is disappointing. The sound quality is a bit muffled when listening with lots of other surrounding sounds around, but normally ok. Despite all the bad points, its still a worthwhile investment.
