If this woman takes an instant dislike to you before she has even met you, you have no hope of adopting a dog from her. She does not have a dog's welfare at heart (I don't think she even has a heart!). She is rude, aggressive, constantly contradicts herself and makes assumptions about your suitability to rehome a dog. To sum up, I was reduced to tears by this woman.

Your not the only one she did the same too our family and was completely off her head. Apparently we should expect a visit from the police because we complained about the way we was treated she turned on us saying we was abusing her. But she was the abusive one. Xx
