It was ok, got the info i wanted and for £3 so cant grumble really. Came back with bad news for me though but at least it saved me wasting my money on a dodgy car!

Did a textreg check today just out of curiousity and found out that my car had previously been stolen 3 years ago! Not sure if it makes any difference or not as it was recovered but its still interesting to know

I was advised to get a car checked over before I made an offer for it as the price just really did seem to good to be true. I decided on textreg and sent the registration number off. I got a text message back really quickly and found out what I needed to know, used the info to put in a competitive offer on the car which the garage accepted after some consideration. Well worth three pounds.

Went to buy a car today, didnt get a good feeling from the seller so did a textreg while i took it for a test drive (pulled over of course!) came back that is had been written off before!!!!!! cant believe the seller had the cheek! Saved me from that one

They all seemed the same on cost so i just went with textreg,, it did everything i wanted and was easy to use. I would recommend it to others to use if you are buying a car, just in case.

At only £3 it didnt really make sense not to use textreg, I was about to spend over 8k on a car so 3 quid was nothing. I now know the cars full history and hopefully I can get a a bit of cash off the asking price ;)
