Dream Car was a dud!

I picked these guys because they were good on price and were also going to check the car out for me the next day. They were not charging extra because the car I wanted checked was a BMW 330d whereas other companies will charge on engine size as well.
I found MVIUK to be very courteous on the phone and they communicated with me in an efficient way. Which is what you want when buying a car.
I thought I had found my dream car, a BMW 330D, 2006 with 62k on the clock advertised on Autotrader. However, I had bought a dud before so I was aware of the dangers and knew that I wasn't the best person to be checking the car. The guys found loads of things wrong with the car, the top three were
1) Service history Forged
2) MOT history showed car had done 129k at some point
3) Oil leaks from the engine.
Okay I paid £140 for the check but I saved thousands by not buying this car. By the way I contacted Autotrader to see if they could do anything. I would not want someelse to be misled like I almost was.
