Straight out of the box very little suction but only 580watts so can't expect much, but such a woeful lack of any decent ability to pick up dirt.

But rapidly looses what little suction it has unless dustbag is changed almost every time it's used,

Cheap and nasty tools that don't stay together

And then to top it off it died under 3 months old and it has only been used on a small relatively clean area

I use a 15 year old dyson at home which is in A different league, with far superior build quality, huge suction and total reliability despite daily use.

Have 6 of these Henry's and all utterly useless will be returning as all quite new as unfit for purpose
