The Bissell Crosswave 3 in 1 makes cleaning my tiled floors so much quicker and easier. I used to have to vacuum and then use a steam mop, but, this does it all and saves me so much time. It does take a bit of extra time to clean afterwards, but, still faster and easier than having to use two different tools. It works very much like a carpet cleaner with clean water spread over mop type roller over the floor and then simultaneously being sucked up into another tank. The water in the tank after was very dirty so it definitely works. It is very easy to clean afterwards with the exception of removing the roller section which I had to tug quite hard and was a little worried I would break it. Also the floor doesn’t dry as much as I would have liked, but, no worse than my steam floor cleaner. In regards to some reviews where it doesn’t do the edges very well, I just do the edges head on and this is sufficient. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase and I will probably be cleaning my floors more often than previously.
