We have been doing this for a few years and the kids look forward to receiving them too. BUT ..... This year ordered 5 letters plus the extra pack ..and donated to charity put forward too . Received nothing at all . WAITED and waited for a reply from emails id sent them but was only sent automated response and complaint ref number . So disapointing , having to make up excuses as to why he never bothered to post their letters. NEVER again !! Awful service Parents beware . Absolute waste of time . Was not fully refunded either .

“Better Chance of Getting a Letter From the Real Santa”

Ordered a letter for each of my 3 children. One arrived a few days before Christmas. I could not contact the company to see where the other letters were, which did not arrive at all. (the letter i did receive was poor quality - it looked like a primary school child had designed it and printed it off on cheap paper on an old printer that didnt work correctly ((which maybe exactly what did happen)) I attempted to get a refund but was again ignored. Do not use this company.

“Avoid”

Ordered a letter in November, didn't arrive, chased up at the end of the month, no reply, ordered a reprint, didn't arrive. I've since spent countless emails and attempted to call the company only to be ignored. The letter finally arrived on the 27th of December, two days after Christmas. I've asked for a refund as the letter did not arrive on time and, surprise surprise, I am being ignored. Will not be using again.
