I studied at the the university for two years where I attained a HND in business studies. At the end of the two years the university offered students the chance to go straight into the second year of the degree course (business studies) providing students had achieved at least a pass in the HND. Therefore I chose what options I would like to do in the second year of the degree course. However during the summer holidays I found out people with HND's could go straight into the third year of the degree course at Greenwich university. This was obviously the more sensible thing for me to do as I would be saving money and would only have to do one year rather than two. So i chose to go to Greenwich University however LSBU is still trying to charge me almost £1000 even though I have explained to them I didn't go to the university at all after my HND was completed. I didn't use their facilities or attend any lectures so it is absurd that they are trying to charge me this much money. I have tried to explain this to the staff and they couldn't care less, their customer service is terrible. There is no way they can justify trying to charge me almost £1000. And I learnt more in the one year at Greenwich University than I did in two years at LSBU. The buildings and staff are much better at Greenwich.
