Do not return as they will refuse to sell to you if you return more than a few products. Their marketing is so clever that they will build up the hype over the most simplest of items which turns out to be rubbish. They should not give a money back guarantee and then refuse you as a customer if you do so. Hypocritical!

I had the same problem and they closed my account even though I had spent a lot of money with them !!
