Attempted to buy a one-day pass. Payment screen repeatedly came back with error messages because the boxes you fill in have no titles!

After battling through this nonsense my screen just hung with nothing happening. I was on a Sky payment page and followed the Contact Us link to phone - the agent denied that NowTV is anything to do with Sky and couldn't help - despite me reading out the Sky web address on the screen - unbelievable ignorant/badly trained.

Tried to track down a NowTV phone number - don't bother - they don't have one because they're 'an on-line service' - what rubbish.

Now have no-one with whom I can check I'm not going to be ripped off for £9.99! If it wasn't so widely advertised their conduct is very much like a web scam.
