BEWARE.

Horrendous experience. Ordered some felting rolls from them just after Christmas 2017, to fulfil some bespoke orders. The rolls did not arrive within their stated five day time frame, so I had to order from another supplier. I requested a refund. No reply, until two days later, AFTER they magically sent me a notification stating my order had just been despatched by Hermes and would be with me within five days.

They then said they’d have to request Hermes to return the goods to them, and once this request had been confirmed, I would receive my refund within five working days. This was on the fifth of January 2018. When the refund did not materialise (and I tracked the shipment, which clearly stated a return request had been issued), I was then told it would take Hermes up to 14 working days to return the order to them, and ten working days after that to process my refund. It is the 20th February and it’s still not happened.

I was actually considering opening an account with these clowns. I’m glad I didn’t. Please, if you’re considering using this company, just think again. It’s not worth the hassle.
