With an annual Travel insurance with Staysure we thought we would not be contacting the Company until the renewal was due .
But this was not the case when our weeks holiday in Rhodes ended on day 6 with my Wife slipping at the side of the Hotel swimming pool and breaking her hip .
From the moment of my initial phone call to the Company ,to eventually transportation back to the UK the staff at Staysure were so helpful with advice and constantly up-dating the return flight details , it was so re-assuring during a very worrying time
