What a farce of a company; not only do they not pay out, but they put obstacles in your way, largely via a company called Cigna, in Plymouth, which handles, allegedly, complaints. I have at the moment yet another form to fill in and provide information which I have already provided twice. I do not fit into the box, it must be a very small one!!!! One letter which I received thought that scheduled was spelled "schedualed". Oh, I nearly forget, the classic bulldust, bureaucratic burbling - my first letter had not been received! I'll probably submit the next set of bull and then waste some more time writing to the alleged ombudsman......... Then I'll disappear up my own........

SAGA TRAVEL INSURANCE IS ON THE "WHICH" RECOMMENDED LIST BUT CIGNA WHO ARE THE CLAIM-HANDLERS HAVE THE DIRTY JOB OF ACTUALLY REJECTING THE CLAIMS, WHICH IN THE CASE OF OVER-50S ARE LIKELY TO BE HIGHER IN THE AREA OF THEFT AND MEDICAL THAN INDUSTRY AVERAGE. SAGA ARE A FINE COMPANY BUT CIGNA ARE ROTWEILERS....
