Bought my travel i surance through the poat office, as i thought they were a trusted company, my mum was going through chemotherapy, but wasnt terminal.at the time! After bookinv holiday and insurance my mums cancer took a turn for the worse and within 2 weeks she became terminal and passed away 2 weeks later,i have made a claim and have now been told that they are not willing to pay out due to there terms and conditions that my mum had a pre-existing medical condition although this is not a part of the screening before you actually purchase there policy!!!
I am taking this the whole road as i am totally disgusted in the way i have been treated!!!
