I purchased this insurance for my mother-in-law a few weeks ago. When she arrived to Europe the luggage was damaged, so we claim it to the insurance. After several weeks of communication, they decided to not process my claim due to insufficient documentation. They were asking for an "original" document, that was never issued as such by the airline.
It is amazing that an insurance that promoted itself when you buy a ticket online, asks you to submit original documents, or rejects your claims because of that.
