Contra to all the other reports, my family has nothing but good things to say about Aria. We were insured through More Than which was underwritten by Aria.

My son had to have emergency spinal surgery 20 hours before we were due to fly to Menorca for a family holiday. We had booked flights and accommodation individually so expected for each booking to be treated as a separate claim. It was not - just £40 excess on each policy. They ask for a lot of detail - quite understandably but they answered telephone calls quickly and were most helpful.

It doesn't seem to be the same company that everyone else has dealt with.
