Impossible to contact, I waited 3 days to contact them because the customer service is only open during German daytime hours and weekdays only. COMPLETELY USELESS during the actual time of need, unhelpful, and refused to cover a missed flight which was to be covered in the policy. You find yourself having to pay for everything out of pocket with no instructions with the hopes that they don´t find a reason to deny reimbursement. You can not change your flight, or cancel your flight. Their insurance doesn´t offer flexibility or protection. If you miss your flight you must buy, a new flight for the same day or next to the same destination, out of pocket. and hope that they decide that you deserve your money. They appear to be part of a packaged offered by the travel agent but actually your travel agent will not be able to help you with insurance issues. STAY AWAY!!!!ABSURD!!!!!
