Unfortunately after taking out our travel insurance with Aviva we had to cancel our holiday as my husband and myself were taken ill,I informed Aviva of this and was told what we had to do to make a claim.
From sending the forms and letters back to Aviva it took around 2 weeks for our claim to be settled,we were very pleased with the prompt attention to the claim.
