I went through a travel agency, Felt like I would be taken care of .. After having to cancel my cruise, Not only did I realise the travel agency was very misleading about the Insurance...But Allianz finished me off by giving half of my refund to the person I offered a free cruise too ..She had nothing to do with the purchase . Allianz at first was concerned, then out of the blue told her my money was her money, Of course That money is gone and I am out over $800.00 ..

In closing don't get your travel insurance through your travel agency and for sure don't use Allianz !
