I took out annual insurance but my flight home was cancelled and I had to pay for a new flight. Allclear have told me that this basic requirement is not covered they were very unhelpful. Do, not use this company

WHAT? How did they expect you to get home then? Maybe there is something in their small print? This does sound like sharp practice.
