Everything went smoothly, the car seat was in perfect condition. It was installed in our car and adjusted to our daughter's height by Little Rascals (so no fiddling around). Highly recommended!

This company is fantastic, the range of toys and equipment is perfect covering the needs for both our newborn and toddler. Everything arrived in excellent condition and the delivery / collection process was straightforward. We will definitely be using again and have recommended this company to our friends and family.

For anyone worried about what an airline might do to your child's car seat, this service is a brilliant option. On the day service was excellent - they arrived exactly as expected and very promptly sorted out the seat for us, fitting it into our hire car. Both were friendly and really helpful. The only room for a bit of improvement is communications - I found an email and whatsapp message both went unanswered at different times which caused a little bit of stress. Perhaps give them plenty of time to answer messages. Ultimately don't worry too much though - I was stressing as a relatively new mum and their system is very good, if they have your flight times etc the times they suggest for drop off and collection will be fine as they are very efficient, even when you aren't!

She was super helpful and friendly and helped us out with a last minute need of a car seat. Will definitely be using again next time we are over in Portugal.

We hired a cot bed for my little boy (2.5yrs) during our stay in Albufeira. It was by far the best thing we did, he slept so well. He loved his bed so much that he got a little upset when it was collected lol. Little Rascals were a pleasure to deal with, cot bed was super clean and the best part.... Staff setup and took down the cot bed for you... Hassle free service. Will definitely use again.

This is a extremely useful service for family holidays; just what you need when traveling with children. Very reliable and accommodating service; delievery of the items directly to our location. The toys were in good condition and suited the age of the kids. At short notice we aslo got some good children's car seats as the ones provided by the car rental company were in very bad condition. If you stay for a longer period, it becomes rather costly.

everything ran smmothly from when we collected the car with the car seats and toys ready, we also added golf clubs which were delivered and picked up with ease to our resort. again on drop off it was all so simple and made the stress of travelling home so easy. We have used you before in 2021, so this was our 2nd experience and we will continue to use your services when we visit portugal. have already recommended to family and friends travelling over there.
