I bought flights to singapore and received my e ticket details.
Thd day before i went to check innand it wouldn't work.
i called flight wizards and tgey said tge airlines website was down. I said it wasn't down as it was saying it didn't recognise the e ticket number.
They said not to worry and they were also having problems.
i turned up 3 hours early for the flights (luckily) and they said i couldn't check in as the agent hadn't activated the ticket. The Turkish airlines staff were really helpful and found that flightwizards had cancelled a flight linked in with our tickets. I rang flight wizards and after two hours of back and forth phone calls we still couldnt check in. They said they would refund me my £2000.
A week later still no refund despite emails and then they called to say we hadn't turned up to check in and missed our fkights.
I went to my credit card company with all the information to get my refund which i did get but no compensation for the fact i had to stay a night in gatwick, cost of new flights, cost of loss of hotel in singapore.
i would never trust flight wizards and woukd not recommend them.
