The tour wasn't bad, got to see Europa Point and St. Michael's Cave, but we returned to Seville at 6:30 p.m. Why didn't we stay an hour longer and have an opportunity to ride the cable car for more photos? Or, for that matter visit one or more of the interior caves in the Rock? This tour is for people who want to shop and maybe get a photo with the monkeys/apes. IF you want a more historical tour that spends some quality time away from the shops and cruise visitors, then might be best to go elsewhere. I think Viator should give more information about what exactly you are going to see so the consumer can make a more informed decision. Am thinking that I will have to return one day to see what I thought I was getting here. Too bad, wasted opportunity and life is too short for that.

DISAPPOINTED AFTER MANY TOURS WITH VIATOR 25 PLUS WE'VE HAD SEVERAL TERRIBLE GUIDES I'VE SEEN NO RESPONSE FROM VIATOR AND EVEN THOUGH I'VE SEEN OTHER NEGATIVE REVIEWS THEY STILL SHOW IT 5 STARS.EASY TO USE BUT NOT THE BEST.

We have had good experience in the past with Viator but this dinner cruise was very disappointing. The food was terrible and the service poor. Viator should get a new vendor for this dinner cruise. Not worth the money.

My wife and I booked 2 shore excursion tours(St. Petersburg 2-day small-group introduction to the City and local culture, and Berlin City 1-day tour) with Viator during a recent Baltic cruise trip. In both occasions we had a hard time locating the tour guides who were supposed to meet us once we exited the gates of the cruise terminals. There were scores of different tour guides at the gate holding prominently displayed signs. No Viator signs were in sight. We were able to find the tour guides only when most of the bused had left the port and we had to approach one by one of those who remained there. It's a very stressful exercise because none of them displayed the Viator sign. If Viator subcontracts its tours to local travel agencies, at least it should inform its customers how/where to look for them. What an experience!
