Quick response to phone calls (yes, I made more than 1). While we knew what we wanted and initial cpntact was to get competitive prices, we did have a knowledgeable advisor, which speeded things along. After comparing with other quotes and then a final review with WWC we accepted their price, which, I have to admit I suspect they originally quoted wrong (underquoted!), but they honoured it. Really impressed!! But at the end of the day it was a mistake (in our favour), so only four stars.

FAR EAST TOUR & CRUISE - Made an initial email enquiry and received a response to my question within 35 minutes. Had further questions and again received another response within 40 minutes. After thatt we spoke on the phone to finalise and make a booking for a package with tours, hotel and a cruise. Dealt with a man who was very helpful. Have only paid the deposit at this time, but have checked the booking via the cruise line website and it is all correct and correct cabin no, etc. Obviously we have yet to receive all documentation, but ATOL was sent immediately. Had a few points to raise on the itinerary but these have been acknowledged and will be corrected further down the line as its too far ahead to book flights as trip is more than one year away. Will be interested to see if all arrives on time, etc., but I have no reason to think that it wont at this poin in time. I read the online reviews prior to booking and, whilst there were a couple of negatives (as there always will be) the vast majority were positive and the man I dealt with had been mentioned in several as delivering good service. So far, I too am impressed.

I had left an enquiry request but no phone call. Contacted directly. Dealt with politely and efficiently allowing time to retrieve passport details and discussion with my husband on booking details and cost etc. Confirmation and receipts generated quickly via e mail all accurate as prompt booking & payment needed due to date of travel. The only thing not explained was that the deposit could be played on credit card but the balance had to be via debit card. Although not a problem I feel this should have been highlighted before confirmation rather than received via e mail documentation Otherwise satisfied with pricing and service

I would recommend Worldwide Cruises to any of.my friends and family, the service was spot on, very friendly and helpful and if you had any question about your holiday it was answered fully and promptly. They explained all details. Of holiday where you were going and were;you was staying, about the places to visit etc. Very good service.

Saw advert for this company in newspaper. They offer all cruises at discount price as I had called lots of companies looking for best cruise deal for myself and friends. Staff helpful and I am happy with deal that I have booked going on cruise in September to Greek Islands.

Delighted with all booking of cruise. Would recommend to a friend. Hopefully the cruise is all it should be. Our first cruise and for our 50th Wedding anniversary . Would have liked arranged transport from hotel to ship. Just unsure as we have not done a cruise before.

I saw this offer through TRAVEL ZOO. Phoned the office spoke to rep was given details. I needed to talk to my travelling companion who lives 15 miles away in another town. She phoned the office spoke to different rep with concerns of Flight times. The rep I spoke to phoned me back, we spoke extensively with regard to flights which seem rather drawn out and many changes of flight. I asked for time to contact my friend but he said he would do that and explain flight problems. He then phoned again and confirmed my friend was agreeable to flights from Manchester. I then proceeded to book. I received email quite quickly of confirmation and full details of flights accommodation etc. I was pleased with the outcome My friend was not pleased because she felt she had not been given time to consider the trip, she usually books our holidays and likes to be in charge. She is a worrier and is not as adventurous as myself.

My booking agent was very pleasant and we actually had a laugh and joke whilst booking the cruise. i liked the interest he showed and how helpful he was about the cruise details. his flight suggestions and hotel recommendations were useful. if there was something i did not like it was just that i could not get more reductions on the trip (haha). a call to worldwide cruises is recommended for cruise bookings !

this was our first experience with this company and came by an offer through Travelzoo. the agent was very patient and helpful and we even got a few extras thrown in which obviously helped us make our final decision but very happy with deal we got.
