My call to World Wide Cruises was answered immediately and the agent was very friendly and helpful and not at all pushy. I was able to make my booking with ease. I would have preferred him to mention that the flights were not direct flights to my destination and similarly the return flight but overall I was highly satisfied.

Recently found a cruise offered by WorldWide on Travelzoo, when I contacted them for more information the person I spoke to was very polite courteous and helpful. He asked a few questions to establish what was important and then did a search, coming up with a more suitable alternative with a different cruise company that offered more for the same price. I wasn't able to make a decision there and then so he summarised everything in an email and provided direct details so I could deal with the same person throughout. He did chase us up, but was careful to ensure we weren't feeling harassed by him. The booking experience was quick and painless, if the level of service continues all the way to departure, I won't hesitate to recommend or use them again.

“Good and prompt information”

Reconfirmations on problems . Told me to call if anything was not clear or further explanation needed. Went through the itinary a few times for clarity. Prompt and efficient service . They did well in explaining further clarification as I required. I felt I was looked after and given a lot of options etc.. They returned calls when we were cut off. Very good and if the cruise is as good as he has suggested I will be telling people when I return. I have already given Worldwide Cruises information to a few friends who always go on cruises but have never used your services.

“quick efficient service”

We called on a sunday afternoon and held for almost half an hour but no-one responded. We left a message not expecting a call back. However, the person I dealt with called us back on Monday am as requested in our message and was extremely helpful in giving us different flight and date options - I think we changed or mind 3 times but nothing was too much trouble. Very competitive prices - now looking forward to our holiday.

I have booked with Worldwide Cruises paid a deposit with credit card no problem. Yet to pay the full amount on their payment terms, they accept card payment

I have never cruised before and wonder is it better to be up on higher deck rather than lower? I will be traveling with one or 2 girlfriends but want my own cabin as don’t like to share. Does this work out very expensive? Is a week long enough for a cruise from Venice to Greece?

What happens if a hurricane arrives when the cruise is scheduled? We plan for an October cruise to Bahamas when it's hurricane season to match up with a wedding we are going to. Does the cruise get cancelled? Do you get your money back? Or does the ship avoid the bad weather and proceed into calmer waters?
