Worst Service Ever
Paid £42 for Visa that never arrived. Don't use this service, they also don't have an easy to find contact number. In fact, I don't even know who these people are but clearly, it's a confusing and disorganised organisation.
This Is A Joke......
We bought our visas 3 months ago!!! and we still haven`t got them. I tried to call you but the number is not working and you don`t reply to our emails either..... We paid £50 for this! Don`t use this company,

Easy But Needed To Chase
I received my visa without providing many details or any copies of documents however I received no acknowledgement and therefore after a few days left a voicemail. Then received an email saying they couldn't find my application but they did once I provided the application reference (write it down!). I then received the visa a couple of days later so no issue.
The Way To Go!
Visa Cuba offers a streamlined, straightforward application process at a very competitive price. Of equal importance they also provide good customer service back up: I was unable to open the Pdf attached to the confirmation email in order to check my details, as recommended by Visa Cuba. All was resolved by a phone call to Visa Cuba who, despite sounding incredibly busy, immediately sent my details to me in a separate email in order that I could check them. Thank you Pedro. The only negative was the constantly engaged phone number for visa enquires because of which I had to get through on the number I believe is more dedicated to holidays than visas. Even so the staff were helpful and got me to whom I needed to speak to.

Q&A
I called them and was told that I need to pay again, then claim a refund after 25 days of posting. I'm not happy with that. What should I do?
I am very concerned as I have not recieved my wisa. I had an email saying it was sent on 9/10 and not here yet. What should I do?
