Received a call from Up n Go Travel in Queensland a month or so ago and they did a big sale on me that I totally was mislead into and it cost me $240 + dollars I purchased some travel vouchers....at the time I thought they were going to send me some data on their Hotels with pricing, and I was assured that they had hotels at budget prices...don't believe them, firstly they don't send you the information on pricing for hotels and the only way you can get any idea is by going into their website and requesting a quote on each and every hotel!!! Looking at the actual hotel website the rates are very high. They also don't have the number of hotels available that they seem to indicate, all very well hidden and definitely not user friendly. Since I wasn't planning to use the travel vouchers until I knew which hotels would work best for me this has become an expensive wasted exercise. I find out also that in their T&C's they only give you 10 days to get a refund! Since I started looking further into these I have found a few other victims like myself complaining about the expensive hotels on this deal. So warning to everyone who reads this post if you get a call from these people don't be deceived, they don't give you the whole picture!!
