Be Wary Of Travelstart In South Africa
Travelstart website offers car rental on the Travelstart website.
When there is a problem with the car rental, they do not sort it out with the car rental company. Even though the car company took money off my credit card without invoice, Travelstart still fails to assist appropriately to force them to provide invoice and receipt, instead they give you companies in other countries to call.
My impression: Travelstart Customer Care is simply an eye-blinder.
