Not even worth 1 star.
I made the mistake of booking before I read the reviews.
***EVERY NEGATIVE REVIEW IS ACCURATE***
I booked a flight and received an email confirming the reservation, but the sender name only said "INFO" (not a company name). There was no mention of my seat number or anything. So of course I call American Airlines and they had no record of it. I called TravelJunction to cancel and some clown said, "yeah, this woman is working on your reservation." After being put on hold for 3-4 minutes (with no hold music---just silence) a woman said my credit card wasn't charged. I checked my balance AND called Mastercard prior to calling TravelJunction, and they said I was already charged. I tried to tell this to the lady and she hung up on me.

*****DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!********
