Awful customer services. Refused refund on cancelled flights, despite it being in their terms and conditions, claim that I don't have a contract with them despite the fact that I paid them for my flights. Really patronising and completely unhelpful over the phone, would advise anybody to avoid this company at all costs.

This is a very easy and informative site to use for booking, no lists of extra things to plough through, there if you need it but not cluttering up the site which makes it a simple system. Great prices too. and great help.

I was needing to urgently book flights due to illness and I couldn't manage the minefield of flight prices etc. The person I dealt with was so helpful and patient and made it all so much easier. Would definitely use again for any long haul flights.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! This site is a trick. They attempt to draw you in with a decent price then take your money, send you a confirmation and then call you and say 'oh that flight just went as you bought it... I can try and get you on the same flight BUT it's nearly double the price' Absolute swindle. Now holding money on my card for 14 days. When I asked them to call merchant services to clear the transaction as we are booking to take our 10 month old to meet her grandparents the answer was 'use another card'. Rude, unreasonable, should not be allowed to trade. Making sure complaints are lodged with all relevant authorities. The owner attempts to swindle people out of money like this. After complaining they offered to reduce the swindle from £800 to £598? As if you would want to deal with these people.

book a flight, then several hours they say cannot get that price so offer alternative 50% more cost AVOID AVOID

Travelled to Dubai last month, had an amazing experience! The customer service came useful when we needed to get in touch with the agency as we had family emergency shortly before our departure. All in all destination airline and price really worked for me and my partner. Next holiday to Phuket on the way!

I book a ticket for 5 people paid all money as requested from junction on 9 April 2018. Travel junction up today 30 .04.18 I have still not received my ticket. any time call they keeping ask me to wait till the next day or the follow week.Please any individual or families travelling must avoid them.They will give you cheap prices which makes you to purchase your ticket with them. i would like my ticket to be issues after 24hrs of paying but up now i have not received any ticket any ticket.I paid almost 3000 UK pounds . I called the airline there is no ticket reserved for me.

AVOID AVOID AVOID Booked my wife a ticket for Etihad flight UK-Manila 48 hours ago, supposedly all confirmed and fully paid. Now it appears it was a probably bogus ticket. Now still no ticket and phoned them twice this morning and getting rock and bull story about flight being overbooked and fault being with Etihad. Have just reported to Bank and hopeful of getting a Visa Charge Back. Promised to return call in less than one hour, just phoned them again after 2 hours and they say wait 30 minutes to them to resolve and provide a different ticket.

No problems got the flight times we wanted Will use your company again.
