Well I'm very surprised by the other reviews on this page as I thought Travel Interaction was exceedingly well organised. I booked up Rhodes in Greece only 10 days before I went in June and the whole organisation worked like clockwork and I was delighted with my holiday. The paperwork came through straight away, all the transfer, hotel paperwork and e-ticket. Apparently it was a cancellation I took so the price was marvellous, I saved about £800 when I reviewed other companies. The hotel couldn't have been better, fabulous food and lovely location. An absolute dream.

I got all the information I needed before I went.

Booked what seemed to be a bargain break through this company....big mistake. The ad was misleading and it turned out that the holiday was really through Broadway Travel. The end result was that neither accepted responsibility for the various issues we raided with them.....e.g the advert promised a woody woodpecker themed room....didn't happen. We booked a family room for passengers aged 70,26 and 10.... We were given a room with a double bed and put u up....not a twin/put u up.....the hotel blamed the travel agent for not booking the correct room/type and said that they couldn't do anything to help. The travel agent responded to my complaint by blaming me for not contacting them whilst I was away......and even had the cheek to apologise for the misleading advert and saying that they hoped I would use them again....not even if h.ll freezes over

Tried contacting them numerous times by phone (10p/minute on 0871 number)and you always get left in a queue, which tells you that they don't have enough people working in their customer service dept. I suspect.Rang their sales number and guess what, someone answered straight away but responding with a different company name. I was put through to their customer service dept and listened to the same old boring music until I hung up after 6 minutes.

No answer to an email either so once we've been on our 2 day stay in Ireland,we won't bother with this company again.

I emailed this company requesting flight details for an offer they were running. As I received no response I emailed twice more, but still nobody responded. I went on to the company web site and saw you could request a call back but once again nobody called. I then sent several more emails to both the administration and sales departments but to no avail. I then booked several call backs covering most of the time slots available for the day but still no response. Needless to say I am still waiting. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Surely a company called Travel Interaction should actually interact!! If email and call back options are available via the web site then whether the company is busy or not, they should still fulfill their obligations and respond to emails and call back requests. I would not recommend this company to anyone and I will not use them again.

Found a price for a holiday online and booked.

Got the confirmation, half an hour later got a call saying the price had expired and that i'd need to pay a £60 surcharge per person.

Was absolutely fuming! Will not use this company ever again and would recommend no one else to use them either!

Very impressed. They booked a weeks trip for two to Rome/Venice. No issues, interaction via email prompt and detailed. All paperwork thorough.

irecently went on a city tour of Lisbon and Oporto the flight out very good met by a lovely car and smart chatty driver. entered the florida hotel in Lisbon with a lovely man rushing to help us. breakdast was nearly finished but we were served with no rush or hassle made us very welcome. this was the theme of the four days lovely hotel lovely people nothing to much trouble for them. bril liant. went by train to porto could you point out to future travellers that each ticket has a carrage number and a seat number which is in tiny writing on the ticket I would check the first class ticket price as it is very busy and cases are everywhere.at least give people a choice. went to the HF EPANEMA PARK five stars not to me. the welcome was very business like not warm. everything was money if you wanted extra change of bed linen etc it was extra only tea bags in the room when we asked for coffee and milk it is not included in the room, it was served at the bar 5euro a cup which was luke warm. breakfast was vast in choice but never warm if it probed 40degrees id be surprised. the evening meal was buffet style,luke warm again the little cafes in the outdoor cafés was superior,we only ate once very disappointed. the area this hotel is in has nothing around it to see it was taxis every time we went out. sorry there are better hotels around.

Very impressed with the overall booking. The hotel was very good with friendly staff. Transfers to and from the airport were excellent. Tours booked in a comfortable coach and were punctual. All in all things went very smoothly and I would have no hesitation in booking with this tour operator again. Very satisfied.

We found the booking process very easy & the agent booked us on an early flight out and a late flight home to maximise our time in Rome which was perfect for us. She was very helpful, chatty & very pleasant in trying to ascertain our needs. The hotel in Rome (The Ariston) was excellent, as was its location. We were a bit apprehensive about booking with this company having read some poor reviews but we were delighted by our experience & will book through them again. Great value.

Booked a very cheap trip to Riga which included return Stansted flights, three nights at 4* Bellevue Park Hotel and breakfast too for £140.

The trip was a real success-hotel and breakfast fantastic, amazing staff etc and the restaurant in the hotel was 1st class and very affordable. I would definitely book with travelinteraction.co.uk again without hesitation.
