Originally given a 5 star review and I kept getting pushed for a review and at the time we had just paid for the tickets so had no reason not to. Then it all started to go wrong. Basically what they do is take your money , give you a reservation reference number, which means nothing, then they try to find cheaper flights so they can make more money. My wife was flying alone with two kids to Australia so we were looking for the easiest flights , which we though we had booked. What we ended up with was not what we ordered and we were told it was Emirates that made the changes , after calling Emirates this was not true, as TravelcenterUK did not book the flights the price went up and we were told by TravelcentreUK and extra £800 was needed , which was ridiculous. So my wife ended up with a 10hr wait in Dubai , and an additional return flight via Singapore with no baby seat. Sorry Agent , but you failed and I regret giving you the 5* in the first place. PLEASE LOOK AT ALL THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU BOOK , LOTS ARE FAKE reviews

Terrible customer service - do not believe past reviews - never get back to you, 1 week before travel still not tickets etc - takes days for them to reply, some misinformation when booking on-line and you are not made 100% aware of the booking regulations. Be Aware - would not use them again

I will use Travel centre again as their service was brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble and they were excellent at calling back. Nothing was too much trouble. A big thank you to Travel centre.I will defo recommend to family and friends.

Awful communication. Did not tell us covid requirements so we lost our dream holiday. We were offered a refund on flights and now they are ignoring all communication. Do not use.

If I could I will give 0 stars.!!! Booked to go to Bali. Week before due to fly that the flight had been cancelled, he keep saying he will find something for us.. finally he never helped us at all! He is hopeless and avoiding us from 3 weeks we waiting for the refund and still nobody call us back. Very poor communication and poor service. Not recommend to anyone Travel Centre.

This company fooled myself a disabled lady into what I thought was a good deal and without the proper options or advice from them during covid. I was GARUANTEED a full refund if rules changed for trip to Iceland during covid Needless to say after booking and paying large deposit on the trip a few weeks later the covid rules changed and there was no way at any time holiday could have been taken. I did not panic as I was told at time of purchase if covid rules change I would get a full cash refund without hesitation. Sadly this clearly was a sales pitch only as when it came to the crunch I was told i would be getting nothing if I did not change dates I explained due to disability and life situation I could not go a year later To cut a long story short after constant calls and arguments about how his was a disgrace i was told could get half and to reply to an email requesting holiday be cancelled This i did and voila no refund has been given when again questioned I was informed easy jet can take up to 9 months to refund which is a total fabrication as my best friend owns his own travel agents and verified it as being incorrect when looked into. I called again to state this asking for full refund and why when was told 5 to 10 days had nothing. I again was told various stories and fobbed off with ten percent voucher which did not arrive either. Sadly I am still fighting this matter and have every intention of taking it further and I will not rest until I get my refund and not 9 months down the line I beg you not to entertain them in any way you will regret it I can assure you Disgraceful customer service my list goes on...

Thank you Travel Center for a promptly organised lovely family ski trip to Bansko!❤ That was last minute booking, it was a Bday present to my child in February. ⛷ Trip was tailored to our needs, agent sent us multiple offers, dates, hotel choices prior booking, communicated professionally and responded to every query, considered every detail, the whole holiday price was very reasonable. Prompt meet up in airport, comfortable transfer to resort, lovely hotel with mountain views and lovely spa, sauna, swimming pool. Friendly staff at the hotel made my child's Bday so special! Transfer from hotel to ski slopes was quick and comfortable, ski passes and equipment was organised for us and was ready to collect. The only dissapointment was queueing at the lift, as ski resort was quite busy during the half-term, though red and black slopes were empty, and blue slopes a bit busy. After sales service is also great, we had one small issue with late arrival meal - which was sorted in a very professional manner by the agent and his manager. Thank you guys for your help and care. Would definitely reccomend Travel Centre to anyone who wants to book tailored holiday!

This is my first booking with Travel Center and I really cannot fault their communication, prices, and customer service. Ma x has been helping me with a surprise trip to visit Chyenobal with my partner as a christmas gift. Hes gone through every detail possible, flights, hotel, transfers, other activities. We really did go through the holiday with a fine tooth comb to ensure every detail was perfect. Ma x never hesitated at all to answer my many questions and make last minute changes when needed. He ensured I was completely happy with every step before making the booking. Any concerns or questions I just emailed Ma x and he got back to me within 15 minutes! Very impressed with the service. I had read some reviews that some holidays were not booked properly through this company. I therefor held off writing a review until I had received and checked all the bookings. I received everything today and have thoroughly checked all bookings on their individual sites. All were booked as promised and as per the email. An A++ from me :) thank you

Booked a multi-city trip to South easy Asia with this company. The customer service I recurved was substandard- before, during and after my trip. Did not receive an e-ticket until the day before my trip. Was very anxious. Company couldn’t find my booking until an hour later. Companies policy states that you receive an e-ticket 72 hours before. What a joke! A connecting flight was missing from our booking. This lead to another abxuety provoking moment once on holiday in Asia. At one point we thought that we’d be stranded. Spent several pounds calling the U.K. from Asia. Company representatives later realised after several times of re-alliteratiing the problem. Connecting flight was later sorted out. However, there was a disparity in the baggage allowance which we later found out on arrival to the airport. Had to throw away 12kg of luggage each of valuable possessions. Came back to london with an expensive phone bill and valuables in which we had to dispose of in the spur of the moment. Called the travel centre and was given excuses from there not being a complaints team to the complaints team not being in on certain days. After, constantly calling was finally provided with the details of who to contact. Waited for a week and a half to receive a cover up telling me it was my responsibility to ensure that everything was in line with what I paid for despite recieving an e-ticket less than 24-hours before my flight. They failed to provide me with a sincere apology and a resolution. Do not waste your time with this company. There are much better company’s around who would provide you with better travel deals and a much better Standard of customer service.

I spoke with a guy, very friendly staff however... I am not happy with the product and service that was afford to me and my family. I understand that they have to make commition by forcing sales at a high price...i would of thought travelling to France would be a bit cheap I was travelling to France 3 adults and 2 kids and a 2 month old baby.... I booked for 3 days and 2 nights however I was offered a late flight arriving 7pm and an very early flight which I had to leave the hotel by 5 am in the morning. It was a big struggle especially with an newborn baby.. the kids did not get to eat breakfast at the( hotel explores in paris) breakfast started at 7am I asked for a later flight in advanced there was nothing they could do which is a big lie unless i pay £1000 for a later flight complete joke.. I felt I was badly treated by this company and they did not give out any form of quality... We did not get our full 2 nights and 3 days which means I did not get my money's worth for my trip... we spoke to the manager he was no help at all either all they cared about is price price price.. not customers needs or satisfaction. I will not recommend them to anyone at all...i was not satisfied with my trip not one bit the kids did not even get a chance to go swimming or play in the play area at the hotel as we visited the park for the one day we had then had to leave the hotel 5 am. The hotel was horrible dirty and small for a family size bedroom, all they offered ; free breakfast which was bread bread and more bread, English breakfast you had to pay for which I don't understand why they give free breakfast with your package and you can't even get an egg for free... wouldn't recommend the hotel either. My first trip to France Travel center I did not enjoy, thank you for that!

Since booking flights with Travel Center this has been the experience so far; - Confirm booking online at low cost advertised price ££ - Receive confirmation email -Receive a phone call 2 hours after making my booking to be told that my flights were no longer available and that I will have to pay an additional £100 to complete the booking. - I reluctantly agreed - A new email confirmation was sent with a message outlining I had to re-confirm my booking 72 hours prior to my flight, and that if I failed to do so I would be held liable for any losses (Alarm bells are ringing!) - I then receive an email weeks after my booking alerting me they have changed my flight times! Turns out, the times shown in their timetables are "not guaranteed and form no part of our contract" (ALAM BELLS!) - Just when I think you couldn't get any worse I receive ANOTHER email, alternating me of ANOTHER change to my booking! I'm now concerned this is even a ligament company. Especially as it seems everyone I speak to is called a similar name. Any company that insist their staff adopt a stage name to conduct business doesn't fill me with confidence. Next time, I'll pay an extra £20 and book direct. Save myself countless hours emailing/calling back and forth with a tinpot company that has the worst customer experience I've ever encountered.

I booked a 1way ticket for 2 people and needed a flexible 1year validity to be able to rebook at anytime as my return flight was unpredictable. I receive excellent service, but once i made my payment, everything suddenly changed. My bank account was charged an extra 60 odd dollars than originally agreed on with my Travel Consultant blaming my bank with the fee charges. Mind you I used a debit account, which stated that they do not charge fees unless it's a credit card. We agreed on Unlimited changes with 100 pounds each rebooking fee and fare difference. The Consultant guaranteed that it's always alot cheaper to book a return flight and to just rebook if needed. I even demanded for an email to guarantee the promised Unlimited changes within 1 year. Now it came to me needing to rebook my flight after 6weeks overseas. Then came the big problems. My rebooking fee was yes 100 pounds each still, but apparently the fare difference was alot more than my original fare??? My original fare was 550 pounds and the Consultant was now asking me for 780 pounds each to rebook??? what the hell!!! So I argued until he brought it down to 380 pounds each, which was still almost my original return ticket cost. I told him online there was not much difference on fares, so how come they were charging me alot to rebook. I may as well buy a new ticket I told him. So i complained to their Manager, but same was said. Tried calling another Consultant only to be transferred to the same Consultant and Manager. There was a no win situation with them so I told them I will not rebook anymore and stayed alot longer overseas. It was cheaper for us to stay with friends than pay the 380 pounds each to rebook. We booked with Travel Centrr UK hoping to save money and having the flexibilty to rebook anytime without paying so much fees, but we ended up alot worsed off. I have used other Agents before and we usually pay the rebooking fees and just a little amount for the fare difference. Do not used this Agent, as you will regret it!!!

This has got to be the worse experience I have ever had with a company. I have travelled extensively and booked a lot of flights, this was not what I expected. After booking 4 flights I received a confirmation email and the money was taken from my account, but then we received a phone call asking for more money for my 12 yr old as they classed him as an adult. I queried that the airline (Qatar) actually states he's a teenager and prices between a child and adult, so they said they would speak to the airline and come back..... but they didn't. I emailed and called relentless but no one would help, it was always someone else who had to deal with the 'special' case? Eventually after a week, I was told all the ticket prices had increased and I was expected to pay another £200 per person!! How come? My tickets were surely booked already?? I asked for a refund after loosing all patience and confidence in them, to then be told it would take 6 weeks!! I'm now waiting and without my flights, so unhappy and have a very disappointed family.

So after booking flights with them, I get a phone call 2 hours later explaining that there has been an unexpected tax hike at Kuala Lumpur airport that they had to pass onto us, the customers. The quoted it was unexpected and would cost us £200 per person extra on top of our original booking. After complaining and getting our money back in full, I decided to ring them again on a different number asking for the same flights. They quoted the higher flight price and when asked about tax hikes claimed there hadn't been any for months but it could happen at any time. After challeging then on this they then offered us the flight at the original price at the lowest rate as they were going to 'absorb' the additional costs. After we rejected them, they then called us back 2 hours later offering us the original price. When we asked another provider about the tax hike they did confirm that this was a common sham. After reading the reviews further down, it seems like this is a common sham by this joke of a company.

What a bunch of liars. Do NOT book with this company!! We booked 6 tickets with this company thinking they were good. We had to then cancel 2 tickets due to serious ill health. Every time you call there is a different manager and most importantly a must know about the the company is that they never return your calls if its not about making a booking!!! l 2 YEARS later no refund no call no reply. BOTTOM LINE NEVER BOOK WITH THEM!!!
