Booked flight through their website TicketstoWorld.co.uk. Price was same as buying direct from airline but decided I'll buy from them. Staff were friendly when taking the booking and payment. However, after booking the flight, I had to amend my booking. Called the airline directly to ask if I could amend, but could not as booked through an agent.

I sent their customer service an email three times in a span for 3 weeks and no reply or acknowledgment of receipt. I called customer service staff but they insisted I speak to the individual who I booked it with, at their company. Left a number of messages for the person to call me but no reply since a month to my initial email.

Really unprofessional company and keen just to take bookings and money but zero after sales service. AVOID.
