We booked everything with Sunango and couldn’t be happier.

There was a problem with my inbound flight, with the airline changing the time. I called up the sunango customer service and they managed sort things out for me.

There wasn’t a single thing I disliked with regards to the booking process. We were able to choose our hotel relatively quickly and the holiday was booked swiftly to.

Booked a holiday on Thursday after some friends told us about Sunango. They seem to have had a good experience with them and having seen their holiday snaps and videos, we wasted little time. The sunango consultant was helpful and made us feel assured at all times.

Every time we’ve booked a holiday with Sunango, it’s always been an experience filled with some very good packages and great communication from their agents.

Just got back from our third holiday to Fuerteventura. We luv It out there, the hotel had some good facilities, the food was half decent and bar staff kept us entertained until our last day.

We had an overall good 5 day holiday. We did have issues with the room, the a/c wasn’t working properly and so we had to check out alternative rooms which was a bit of a drag, but the hotel staff did sort it out as quick as they could. On our second day we got to talking with a couple from back home and they mentioned how they had witnessed someone get pick pocketed. After hearing this my husband insisted upon wearing his backpack on his front (palm face). The rest of our stay was actually really enjoyable.

I booked a holiday for me and some friends with Sunango a few weeks ago. I have had to make some changes to the booking, the staff have been wonderful in helping make the amendments and taking the time to go over everything with me to make sure it’s all correct.

This was the most straightforward holiday booking I have made. There were no extra costs added on and the price of the holiday was one I could afford. .

We first booked with sunango in 2015 and our Lake Como break was such an amazing 5 days. We recently went to Dusseldorf as we had been invited to stay with some friend for a few days. During our visit we had decided that we wanted to visit Italy once again. So I called sunango back in the UK and asked them if they could book us the same hotel we had stayed in last year. They were happy to oblige and it was all booked that very same day. Not only was it done so quickly but they were able to get us a 4 night stay in the same room, including breakfast.

We booked around 5 months ago, but have only just come back from holiday. I spoke with only one person from Sunango throughout the booking and he put the whole itinerary together for us. I have to say it was all perfectly executed. The tours we went on were exiting and the guide was very entertaining. I would, without any hesitation recommend Sunango.
