I booked a kite surfing week with these guys in Sardinia Italy, june-july 2013. I booked it months in advance and emailed them occasionally as to

questions about the sport as I am a novice. When I got to my destination

the place they booked me with (procenter.it) did not have one single

kite instructor employed. The owner said the conditions were not good and coaxed me into buying his 'plan' for windsurfing which is not what we wanted

to do. I should have never signed with him, but I am a novice and tend to believe people with business' like that have my best interests. Well, 5 minutes after I talked to the owner I saw kite surfing going on a few hundred

feet down the beach. I contacted Sportbay and they did absolutely nothing about it. They, being the middlemen, set me up with another middleman, and

were happy to take their money and forget about the customer satisfaction,

They never returned my emails once I laid out how inept their booking had

been. There were other kite surf school right down the beach at half the

price with qualified teachers, and Sportbay knew nothing about it and

never answered my questions as to their knowledge of the sport, the area

I was traveling in, or to why they would set me up with a middle man which

makes it more expensive and less value for my money.

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!! Its these kind of people that ultimately

create the reasons why economies are lacking real humanitarian focus

and the general distortion of basic moral and loving values that should

be in place when human beings deal with each other. This company is horrible!!!!!!

Recently booked kite rental and stay on the Canaries for one week. Easy, fast, like it!

Booked my surf camp in Tarifa last week with Sportbay. Nicely designed website, good service, easy booking. Hope the surf camp itself is good as well, but pics were awesome, reviews good, and wind forecast above average.

Last week, I booked diving equipment for a trip to Egypt with Sportbay. After comparing several schools, I chose the 5 days ten dives package, went through the check out and received an email confirmation. The booking process went all good. The email I received could have been a bit more structured. Altogether, good service making your life easier.

After having a look for a short 7 day kite trip to Egypt, I found Sportbay. While browsing, the live chat popped open and someone of the website took over and guided me helped me find my hotel, the Breakers. It's a cool service, I haven experienced yet. Looking forward to 28 degrees, sun and wind!!

I recently booked a diving trip through Sportbay, I have to say I was really impressed. I didn't have a clear idea of where I wanted to go and the team were able to give me some tips when I chatted to them in their 'Live-chat' feature. They really know their stuff when it comes to diving! Once I had a better idea of where I wanted to go, I filled out a quick info form and within about an hour they sent me some great offers for flights, hotels and diving centres in Sharm el Sheik. The whole thing was booked and confirmed in no time at all and now all I can do is look forward to getting in the water!
