I called went on their web sight but could not find the travel arrangement times I was looking for. So I called their 800 number and talked with a woma from India. She was very pleasant and patient with me even though at times she was hard to understand. We finally found the only seats on any sight for the times we wanted to arrive at our destination and the time we wanted to leave as well. We received multiple confirmation emails from them and the next day a call from a man who spoke in broken English to verify we got our confirmations. I also contacted the airline to confirm out reservation and it was there as advertised. If you can deal with foreign reps I think you will be satisfied.

mostly good but the places i was supposed to name address' ect. kept going down to other parts of the needed info before i could finish the required info i was trying to complete.

Got in to your site and before long, I found just the flights I needed.... Very good attention to the details and I am looking forward to using this again.... I would definitely recommend this site to family and friends.... Don't think I could have made this trip in such a speedy way, if I didn't go to this web site. It was a very easy way to do my trip. Really, I couldn't get help through the Chat room, but i think it was my fault due to my very little experience on the web.

I had a great experience with the website itself. After i did my first search, a window popped up and said an agent may be able to find an even better rate. So i called. Turns out, the agent could only find flights that were 40% more expensive than the deal found on the website... weird. Even after i told him the airline and the deal, he told me that rate is no longer available. So i said thank you, hung up, and still bought the tickets online, for the rate i saw. So the experience with the website was great, but my experience with the agent was not. The guy was nice, but bad service.

I want to select seating but was not avAilable during booking, otherwise , it was good and simple.

There was no drama and no slight of hand when booking a flight. The flight was the one I chose with no added fees. I couldn't be happier. The website was user friendly and I love how simple it was to use. Overall, a pretty good experience.

That didn't take long at all. Some more flight information would be more reassuring. I'm still a bit leery about what I just bought.

SmartFares showed me a slew of flights, both departing and returning, with the fare for the round trip. Other sites showed me the flights separately, with different "round trip" prices, which was confusing. When I narrowed the departure window, the choice became clear. Given that the prices are pretty much the same, or were for me, ease of use was important. I'd use SmartFares again.

you advertise 'call center20' getting $20 off but I only received$15 off ??

Found it a bit difficult to jump between tabs. Otherwise had a great experience. Love the prices and variable flight times. Alternate flight dates worked well for us.

Not the prettiest interface, but hey, I found my ticket easily at the best price. So I'm happy. And it's pretty straightforward.
