The customer service, better off saying no customer service, it horrific. They only care about the booking to get your money after that good luck. I booked a vacation when I realized the pricing went down by almost $400, they wanted to charge $500 to get the $400 saving. The real provider - Westjet highlight the change should have cost $200, therefore I would have had a savings of close to $200. The agent was very defensive and would not provide any assistance. I filed a complaint and her manager called providing the same lack of customer service. Both blamed Westjet. Westjet confirmed they were wrong. I do not recommend anyone to use Sell of Vacation.
