Very impressed with Premier Holidays. Our trip to Thailand started with 4 days in Bangkok and a rep was waiting at the airport and showed us to a lovely air conditioned taxi for our trip to our hotel. Next day A rep saw us and was really helpful. We wanted to explore on our own and she gave us loads of tips and didn't push her trips at all once she knew that we wanted to find our own way. Taxi to the airport to Phuket was on time and again top class car. All our encounters with the various reps were brilliant. On our last flight home I was given the box of Orchids before our departure. Great company.
