I had a very bad experience with Oojo in particular. I booked my ticket and I checked the “fare rules” where it says ticket exchange is free. So I thought just in case I want to change my ticket there will be “no charge”. After a while, I ended up needing to exchange my ticket, I sent a request online and I didn’t hear back. I did call them and then… I figured they are hiding it into their terms and services and they charged me $260. Don’t book your ticket on oojo simply because it looks cheaper.
