In November 2022 i booked a hotel with a clear clause : Free cancelation before 2023 january 23 , i had to cancel my reservation in december 2022 almost 2 months before the date of free cancelation limit. Despite that customer service answer was i will MAY BE get a refund in 3 months. I ask more about the MAY BE but it was like talking to a robot. Well like most customer i have to say its a bunch of incompetent , and futur for them is dark.

There outside the uk and get away with murder. The worst company ive had dealings with through covid. had tricked us of 70% of our moneys and had a full refund from airline. more than two years on no refund just voucher codes we cant yet use. two years of i dont care i have your money attitude. i think staff boost there ratings on here as i dont understand how they treat anyone any different, avoid

I purchased a retrip ticket to indonesia through Nusa Trip before the cov19. The trip use cancelled due to COV19 by the airlines. ANA informed me that the funds were refunded back to Nusa in full cash. But Nusa refuse to do the same. Thus until this day Nusa Trip is holding our 9juta. Thrying to force another trip which impossible for me now. ANA refunded Nusa Trip with no penalty, but Nusa Trip refuse to follow suit seeking to earn riba, interest on my money that they did not earn. I advise caution on purchasing from Nusa trip! Specially during these times when money is tight. Best to buy direct from airlines!

I booked a flight with Nusa Trip that was cancelled. They emailed me saying they would give me my money back and that it would take up to 3 months to receive it. After 3 months I still did not receive any money. After emailing them they replied with a voucher as they would not return any money! Really upset as they already had sent a confirmation email about the refund! Never book with Nusa Trip.

Never use this company, Last year, I've booked a flight with them, they send me an email with cancelation of the flight, without any alternative. After a year of the booking, we did not receive the money back. Do use NUSATRIP never

Avoid at all costs!! Bought extra luggage for my flights and paid extra, when received e-ticket the luggage (that I paid for) was not included. Called customer service, they weren’t willing to resolve the matter. AVOID!!!

Nusatrip is a horrible booking company. I booked my ticket from KL to Mexico for over 14million IDR via China and Canada. When I learned that I needed a Canadian transit visa for the 7 hour transit, I knew I would not have enough time to obtain the visa, so we contacted them and asked them to reroute. They said they could reroute the flight without having to transit to Canada/USA and asked me to pay another 5,8 million IDR. When I asked for the breakdown of it, they just said that was just the number that came out of their system and it can change anytime. I decided to pay the fees, at least it would be rerouted. The new ticket was confirmed and sent with the new route KL -China - Mexico. Three days before flying I called them again about something else and now the operator said all flights to Mexico would go via Canada or USA. That was shocking because they charged me an extra 5.8 million clearly to avoid Canada/USA cos I didn't have enough time to get the transit visa. The new ticket that they issued also didn't show that the plane would transit in Canada. They said because it's a stop over, it doesn't appear on the ticket! They are not helpful at all and when I asked them either to reroute or refund my money, they just said if I wanted to get a refund I would get only 11 million refund (out of the total 20 million that I paid) and I should do it right away cos it may change anytime. That would be the first and last time for me to use such company. I have all email and phone conversation record to prove how unethical and dodgy they are.. Now that I checked for their credibility from reviews, actually they have done even worse things to other people! Never risk your time and money with Nusatrip.

Got to these guys via WEGO. After booking confirmed, never got a confirmation email even being assured it had been sent upon contact. Then I was unable to check-in online as the details they'd put on, email and physical address, were theirs and could not be changed. I had to physically go the the airline offices in order to correct. When contacted, they were unhelpful and simply told me to take up with the airline directly. Not recommended at all.

We bought a ticket from Maumere to Denpasar and an onward ticket from Denpasar to Jakarta. Nusatrip sent the e-tickets and everything seemed to ok. I have heard that some Indonesian flights sometimes are delayed, so I checked the flight history of our planes. I found out that the departure we have bought did not exist. The first flight from Maumere was more than an hour later than our departure time. I contacted Nusatrip and they had to admit our ticket was wrong. However, they were not going to do anything about it. The later departure meant that we would miss our connecting flight. We asked Nusatrip to change our connecting flight. They said we should pay more than IDR 2,000,000 to change to a later flight. We told them that it was their fault that we could not reach our connecting flight but again we got their 'rubber stamp' "We are sorry for any inconvenience caused" We had to buy new tickets from another company and we lost nearly $500. Avoid this company at any cost, or at least search the internet for reviews of Nusatrip before you buy anything.

This online travel agent from Indonesia is very recommended to book your flight and hotel worldwide. I have been using them to book my flights domestic & international. The booking confirmation has been very quick once my credit card payment completed successfully. Very recommended to use them and they have very competitive price and no booking fee!

Booked a flight last week and made the payment through atm. Went to the airport, the check in counter said our names weren't there!! Rang nusatrip cust service, they said the payment went through but passed the time limit. (How?!) They said they gonna call me back in 15 mins. Didn't call back until 2 hrs later, so i rang them. They said, the flight for today is full, we'll rebook for tomorrow and we'll call you back when the new booking's done. Didn't call back. 6 hrs later i rang them again, they said they're still trying to book. They promised to call me back in 30 mins. I waited, but hey didn't call me, of course! Checked the flights via other websites, it's full for the next day. Guess what, they never called me again until today. It's been a week now, i wonder what happened to the money i paid?! Never book anything with nusatrip, worst agent and customer service ever!

NO MONEY REFUNDED TILL TODAY INTO MY ACCOUNT. NUSATRIP SAYS MONEY REFUNDED ON 27/07/2015. IF REFUNDED, PLEASE SEND PROOF OF REFUND. TKS I booked ticket with booking no. 81F71M from Paris to Iceland. After my credit card was charged, nusatrip did not even inform that the airline cannot issue the ticket and the transaction was cancelled without notice by nusatrip. It is totally a DISASTER as i have booked the hotel at destination but no airlines ticket as the ticket is cancelled by Nusatrip and my whole holiday trip is ruined. I have to purchase ticket at other online venue at much higher price. Is this the reason that nusatrip cancel the ticket cause the price increases? Nusatrip promises to refund the money. After a month passed, the money has not yet been refunded. I asked for proof of refund without any reply and was being thrown from one person to another person when i called the company. I feel being robbed and feel very inconvenience for all the disaster that Nusatrip has caused by cancelling the ticket that has already been purchased. Now i am trying to find a lawyer to sue this company for all the inconvenience it has caused me and also for money not being refunded even the ticket being cancelled is not requested by me. Be very careful when you purchase anything from nusatrip.com cause even if your credit card has already been charged, the company will not issue you the ticket or even refund your money. I am very dissatisfy with Nusatrip and will sue this company for sure unless the company sends me an apologize letter and refund my money.

I have used nusatrip.com a few times and it makes finding flights in Indonesia so much easy, they have all the airlines for local flights and for overseas destination. I was looking for a site like this for a long time. Indonesia did have that service before. Site is easy to use, nice interface and the checkout doesn't ask for a million things like some airline site or other travel sites i used before in Europe.

Exactly the same happened to me. I booked flight from Dubai to Abidjan because their price is cheaper compared to other. I'm waiting for my e-ticket for about 7hrs only to find out i need to add 320usd coz the flight i booked is not available already. I immediately ask them to cancel and refund the full amount. They said processing of refund is 5-7 working days. i hope i will get the full amount by that time.
