It is near impossible to get to speak with their customer service.
On the weekend I spent an hour trying the chat system but they could not resolve it and assured me they would get back to me, they never did. It was clear the chat agent was trying to manage too many calls it was 10 to15 minutes between each response.
Tried the support telephone waited over an hour only to be cut off then 30 minutes wait cut off again as they shut their offices at 5pm. Because we have an hour and a half to spare during the normal working day
Trying again now so far 20 minute wait. Obviously completely under staffed is this a case of profits over customer care or they so under funded they are likely to go under.
