I booked tickets for myself and my family a month ago. I received confirmed e ticket numbers and then just as am about to be care free I receive an email from lastminute saying oh one of your flight has been cancelled. Not only that but instead of sorting out the cancelled flight they asked me to liaise with the airline directly. Fed up with the mess I asked them to cancel and refund but they wont budge saying oh we cant give you a full refund. So now I can t even book an alternative flight. Never booking via these company!
not to say the least their customer service are bad as well. Rude and they would just hung up without saying anything.
