Needed to make a simple name change on a booking literally 5 minutes after making it, not a change of passenger but a name change from short to long first name. Got charged through the roof for it, absolutely disgusting.

Some airlines allow simple changes within 24 hours but not this lol.  Avoid like the plague, go direct and you might get a bit of customer service.
