Brilliant tour of Costa Rica in April arranged by Jasmine holidays. All the transfers between hotels worked perfectly . All the hotels were excellent, but the one in Monteverde was exceptional. Pre-arranged tours to the national parks were all very good with excellent guides, although disappointingly in Arenal , we did not get to trek the volcano . Jasmine’s agents in Costa Rica , Travel Excellence were just that. Would definitely use Jasmine holidays again.

We have just returned from two weeks in Sri Lanka and the holiday was faultless. Ground arrangements went like clockwork and the driver guide was superb ( he must be the most careful driver in Sri Lanka). Hotels were top rate and if you compare with trying to pull it together yourself you actually save money going through Jasmine . As the headline says our third holiday with Jasmine and we will be booking our fourth soon .

We have used Jasmine Holidays for trips to Malaysia and Thailand and are we are now planning a Costa Rica holiday with them. They are excellent. They provided ideal itineraries for our needs and interests and were happy to chop and change flights and venues as we refined our holiday ideas and budget. All trips and transfers were managed seamlessly. Although classed as a luxury holiday provider they are able to work with different budgets and are no more expensive than the more well known, larger 'package' holiday providers - plus they can tailor holidays to specific needs. I really like this company and will use them for all our travel in the future - and we are now introducing our family to they excellent service.

We have just returned from an amazing holiday travelling through Vietnam. Jasmine Holidays organised the holiday taking into account our wish list and suggested tours and excursions and boutique hotels. Their service was second to none and very friendly with a personal travel advisor who really knew the country and the various do,s and don't,s, all without having to wait in a call centre queue. We will definitely use Jasmine Holidays for our next trip and would recommend them if you want a holiday with a difference.

Having just returned from an amazing Mekong River Cruise with Pandaw Cruises organised by Jasmine Holidays we felt compelled to try and let as many people know what a wonderful journey this is. the person I dealt with at Jasmine did a sterling job putting together a number of options for us to look at we settled on a few days in Saigon followed by a 7 night cruise and 4 nights at the end in Siem Reap. After being so patient with our many questions and making sure that everything ran so smoothly on the ground - including getting transfers re-arranged at the last minute due to a flight change we cant thank him enough for his help. The staff on board the cruise were first class, we really felt like family and the food was superb (we were worried about this before travel but really shouldn't have been.) The touring around Angkor Wat after the cruise was a real highlight. Our guide went the extra mile to make sure we avoided the crowds as much as possible, which really helped our enjoyment of this area. All in all a really incredible experience 5/5

We have used Jasmine over a number of years and because of their consistent service we never look to another agent. This year we booked a Pool Villa in Thailand for a relaxing 2 weeks, on arrival we were met with 2 construction sites either side of our hotel, noise levels were horrendous and our lovely room overlooked by workmen. We immediately phoned the person I dealt with at Jasmine and his response and actions were excellent. The following day we were moved to a larger Pool Villa in a wonderful resort and our holiday was complete. As the title says the true test of a travel agent is when it goes wrong. Needless to say if we could give 6 stars we would.

Have to say that jasmine holidays were fantastic. From the many emails that I sent he knew what we wanted from our holiday. We gave him our itinerary and he managed to sort everything. All the arrangements ( flights, accomodation, transfers) went really smoothly and the guides in the different countries were extremely knowledgable. We had an amazing holiday and would recommend and use the company again.

After considerable internet research we selected Jasmine Holidays as offering the best choice of destinations and hotels options. We have not been to Vietnam before so wanted a tourist itinerary to include some of the more slightly out of the way places such as Mai Chau. Jasmine partners with Indochina Services (ICS) for tour guides and drivers which turned out to be an excellent package. The guides were, largely, very knowledgable and enthusiastic about their region of the country and happy to take questions on all aspects of Vietnamese life and history. The drivers were considerate of their passengers especially in Hanoi and Saigon where the traffic is chaotic. So we had 16 nights in Vietnam and finished with 3 in Siem Reap to take in the Angkor temple complex. Although is was very hot this part of the holiday was probably the highlight simply because Angkor is such a fantastic place to visit. The scale of the temples is breathtaking. Our guide takes parties there twice a week but did not show any signs of 'tourist fatigue'. That we stayed at the Shinta Marni Resort was the icing on the cake! We would have absolutely no hestitation in recommending Jasmine Holidays to anyone seeking a holiday with that little bit extra - attention to detail, better hotels and superb cistomer service.

We booked our trip with Jasmine Holidays after extensive research on the internet as well as researching previous reviews on the company. After speaking to two guys and scoping them out in numerous places online we were happy with the company and proceeded to book our 2 and a half week tour around Vietnam and Cambodia.  One man was very patient and professional with our constant emails and alterations of the trip over the months leading up to the holiday and we were very happy with the excellent customer service we received from them. The holiday overall was fantastic, everything went just as he said it would and we were so pleased with the experience that we have booked out next holiday with them and look to consult them on any foreseeable trips. I can not rate this company highly enough, they even sent a hand written postcard to welcome us home from our trip. There are not many companies like this anymore and we intend on recommending them to everyone we know!

Really happy with the holiday planning - found Jasmine Holidays flexible and responsive so we were able to tailor the itinerary precisely to our needs. Their hotel recommendations were great and the travel arrangements worked like clockwork. Another great holiday thank you Jasmine Holidays! Great beach, fab cottage on the main restaurant level,upgraded to Superior Cottage so not so many steps to climb.We would not recommend the Hillside Cottages unless you are very fit! Lots of good Restaurants a short walk away serving amazing variety of food,at a fraction of the cost of hotel.You expect to pay more in the hotel but not three or four times as much!Could be why we never saw many people eating in the hotel day or night, even though the hotel was full for part of our 14 night stay. Would we return? Yes for a relaxing beach holiday with Very professional well managed Spa, the best massage I have had in a long while,being a Therapist myself I know what I am talking about.

Visited Singapore, Bali and Lombok August 2013. The planning, booking etc was very easy and fast and we felt the price was good value compared to other quotes we had received. The adviser from Jasmine Holidays is very knowledgeable and helpful. There were no problems with transfers, flights, timings at all. We were bowled over by the friendly staff at the Kayumanis near Ubud and the location is both beautiful and convenient for sightseeing, rafting, cycling etc. Our only disappointment was that the villa we occupied was rather damp as it had not been used as regularly as its partner villa - which our children occupied. Our butler did make sure all the sheets and bedding were changed but our clothes still felt damp. The other point to note is that whilst outdoor bathrooms are charming and a novelty for us, they are not the most practical arrangement if, like us, mosquitoes love you! The hotel did provide spray and plug in machines but we still managed to get bitten rather alot. The view is worth the inconvenience because you are on the side of a steep valley covered in rainforest with a path that winds down to the pool, overlooking the Ayung river. Overall, you won't find friendlier staff - they literallally welcome you home whenever you get back to the hotel and all came to wave us off when we left. But I think the hotel would benefit from updating the bathrooms to minimise the creepy crawlies and mossies. Quinci Villas on the coast in Lombok was an ideal place to rest at the end of our trip. The view across the Lombok strait of Bali's Agung volcano is one not to be missed. A very comfortable clean hotel. Bathrooms are outside again but since the hotel sprays everywhere on a regular basis, we had fewer problems with mosquitoes. Staff are friendly and the food is very good.

We used Jasmine Holidays for a special trip this year we made to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. After much deliberation and in consultation at Jasmine Holidays, we settled on Vietnam, not a destination that had even been on our horizon in the slightest. Well, what a marvellous choice and top marks to Jasmine for the recommendation! The hotel we chose included all spa treatments and the private pool villa was the bees knees. I really can't speak highly enough of Jasmine who listened to what we wanted from the offset. Who really listens these days?? We're already considering a return (to the same hotel).
