Our cruise was cancelled 167 days ago, we requested a refund 112 days ago. Iglu don’t answer emails, neither do the directors!
Zero communication, they are taking a predatory stance towards customers and it’s shocking!
They are fobbing us all off with false promises and trying to hang on to customers refunds for as long as they can, I won’t be using Iglu or Planet cruise again, instead going direct to the cruise line!
