I cannot thank the person I spoke to enough for helping me out. I had my hotel booking confirmed, and then 20 mins later is was cancelled. When I tried to re-book there was no suitable accommodation available. I managed to speak to him, who took up my complaint with the hotel direct. Some how he managed to get my booking re-instated. First class customer service.
