I’m going to travel with my 80 years old mom who is sick. I searched and found unbeatable price at Hop2 travel. However, when I got the confirmation email, I found a problem of my reservation. So I called to Hop2 travel for help, they responded me quickly and solved the problem right away. They really listened and treated me and my mom like a family.
